How do I get it?
In order to participate in Moneybookers all you need to do is open an account and
register with them. Once you have registered log on to your Moneybookers account and

I have registered and want to send money - now what?
Step 1: You must fund your account. The most common way to fund your account is via
bank transfer:
Go to 'My Account' > 'Upload Funds' > choose bank transfer as a payment method > enter
the amount to be uploaded > You will be provided with a transaction ID and bank details.
Now you have to instruct your bank to process the transaction. Make sure to enter the
transaction ID or your login email in the reference field. If you do not want to fund
your account via bank transfer, find here more supported payment methods.
Step 2: As soon as the funds are credited to your Moneybookers account, you can go
ahead and send payments to anyone with an email address by following the instructions
given under the 'send money' tab.
Note: Those CentralDeposit merchants that take Moneybookers transfers will have an
automatic Moneybooker transfer system built into their software. If is easier and
faster to perform your Moneybooker transfer through the merchant's own software. It
will also ensure the merchant is billed for the service charges for the transfer, not
you.
How do I change my information with Moneybookers?
In order to change the postal address on your Moneybookers account, submitted by yourself
upon registration, Moneybookers requires a copy of a utility bill as a proof of your new
address. You can send it either scanned to service@moneybookers.com or use the following

How do I get detailed information about the transactions
I have made through my Moneybookers account?
In the "Account" page select the date range containing the transactions you want
information on. Once the page displays the transactions click on the Excel icon in the
upper left of the transaction box. The web site will begin a download of the Excel file
or open it in the browser windows (and then you can save it to disk).
